May 5, 2019

I have tried to replicate Black and White photo to see how close I could come to how Ansel Adams would do it, base upon looking at his photos.

Today, I am trying to do the same with Claude Monet, although his medium was not photography, but paint.

I have posted the picture of the Gibbs Gardens "Monet Bridge,' which is a replica of the original bridge that is in Paris and included two of many version the Monet painted.

The last is the result of my first try.

As a good friend says, "Any comments, questions, or snide remarks?"

One thing that concerns me is the amount of red in my photos and that Monet did not use any red.
