Saturday was just a gorgeous day and we took a day trip to Young Harris to have lunch at the Brasstown Resort and to go back to Brasstown Bald, which is the highest peak in Georgia at 4784 feet. No hiking today. There is a vehicle that can take you to the summit from the parking lot.
The first picture is a panorama as we were leaving the resort. The next two are of the same mountain, but taken from different locations for a different perspective.
The last picture was taken a year ago, when Linda's brother Larry visited us.

When you visit Charleston, you have so many tours from which to choose. Harbor tours, Historic tours, Home tours, and the list goes on.... We opted for a tour at the Nathaniel Russell House, which was finished in 1808 and cost $ 80,000 to build. We were amazed at the craftsmanship.
The first pictures are of the sidewalk view and the left side of the home.
The stairway is three stories, however, the third story is not open to the tour. Note the medallion on the ceiling. It is a painting! (BE SURE TO CLICK ON IT TO SEE THE DETAIL).
The next are of the dining room and the music room, which the walls with windows are curved. Then there is a sitting room and a bedroom.
